DENCH. is a San Luis Obispo pop-up started by Cal Poly student, Jimmy Wong, in his third-year after his time spent in several Michelin-starred restaurants.

DENCH. offers a 5-7 course prix fixe menu that showcases some of SLO's finest seasonal and local produce. ‚ÄčThe restaurant accepts reservations on Saturdays at 7:00 pm and seats 4 people at a communal table. Dinners are $65 per person.
